国家与社会关系的均衡,即构建合理的国家与社会关系,对中国模式和谐发展具有积极意义。国家与社会的关系经历了三个不同的发展阶段,是三种现实形态的否定之否定过程。中国模式下的国家与社会关系的现实形态,在动态的实践层面失衡现象的表征是国家自主性太强,社会自主性较低。我们需要通过增强国家的权威性,提高社会的自主性,实现国家与社会的相互增权,最终形成＂强国家、强社会＂的现实形态,从而推动中国模式和谐发展。
