外国留学生教育的规模与层次是衡量大学国际化水平的重要指标,近年来韩国的外国留学生教育发展事业发展迅猛,同作为亚洲国家,中国与韩国的留学生教育环境有相似之处,通过分析韩国的留学政策对我国发展留学生教育有一定的启示作用.
