网络在线教学在新冠疫情期间为保障基本的教育教学秩序提供了重要支持。随着在线教学设计能力的提升以及网络技术的发展，在线学习已经成为一种“新常态”。但是对于师范生教学技能训练这类实践性课程而言，直接从线下转到线上，面临着一系列的挑战。文献分析与实践表明，基于ADDIE模型的在线课程能有效促进在线学习目标的达成。
