全过程人民民主在城市社区存在哪些实践样态，是一个讨论不充分的问题，也是一个需要努力探求的课题。本文借鉴参与式民主理论，以社区为场域，建构参与公平、参与角色、参与层次相关联的分析模型，解剖L社区三个民主实践案例发现，公平参与是社区民主实践的核心，全过程人民民主在城市社区体现为选举民主与协商民主、间接民主与直接民主的有机组合。文章认为，影响城市社区民主实践样态有三：一是社区民主程度与参与公平程度成正向关系，居民参与越公平，民主程度越高。二是社区民主程度与居民参与角色重叠程度成正向关系，居民具有管理者与被管理者的重叠角色，民主程度高。三是社区民主程度与...
