In the study of the nucleophilic addtion reaction of dialkyl I-hydroxyphosphonate and dichloropyrimidinyl isocyanate. We found this reaction was a convenient way for the synthesis of 1-(substituted carbamy1oxy)alkyl phosphonatc derivative.
