Analyzing the perception differences and influencing factors of cross-cultural groups in heritage tourism can help heritage sites to formulate differentiated service and improve tourist satisfaction.Taking 10 domestic world heritage sites as the research object,this paper uses machine learning and content analysis method to analyze sentimental types,word frequency and semantic network in Chinese and English tourism reviews,and reveal the cultural perception differences of Chinese and foreign tourists from two levels of perceived content and emotional characteristics.This research found that:(1...
