Research of Precompetitive Anxiety of Excellent Swimmer

运用CSAI-2量表对优秀游泳运动员进行问卷调查,结果表明:1)性别、运动等级、训练年限都不是赛前状态焦虑的显著性变量；2)年龄变量在躯体状态焦虑、状态自信心维度上无显著性差异,但在认知状态焦虑维度上有显著性差异,15-20岁运动员的认知状态焦虑水平显著高于21-26岁运动员的认知状态焦虑水平.针对上述结论提出对策.

An anxiety test was conducted to the excellent swimmer with CSAI-2, the results of the test are showed as following： 1） gender, sports level, training year, all of these are not the significant variables of Precompetitive Anxiety; 2） age is not the significant variables in the dimension of Somatic A-State and state self-confidence,but it has significant variables in the dimension of cognitive A-State, the level of cognitive A-State of 15 to 20 years old athletes is significantly higher than the 21 - 26 years old athletes.
