湖北省运动会竞赛项目多、参赛运动员数量多、计分计牌方式复杂，并且对成绩、三榜统计与发布及其准确性、时效性要求较高。根据湖北省第十四届运动会的需求，利用计算机与网络技术设计开发了省运会成绩管理系统，能够实现竞赛成绩的录入、变更、查询和统计等相关功能。经测试，该系统能够满足省运会成绩管理的需要。省运会成绩管理系统能够确保省运会成绩管理工作的顺利进行，构建的省运会成绩数据库，有助于了解我省竞技体育和全民健身的发展状况，为我省的体育发展提供指导。

Many projects and athletes are contained in the Hubei sports meeting,while the scoring method are complex, the audiences have a high requirement for the accuracy and timeliness.
