This paper investigates the service items owned by 9 golf clubs in Hubei Province by using the method of literature. It is concluded that there are 8 traditional service items and 4 characteristic service items in Hubei golf clubs. Traditional service items can meet the basic needs of consumers, but the quality of service and professional quality of service personnel need to be improved.
