为了解决含有模糊特征的工作流任务排序问题，提出了一种工作流任务排序模型。在该模型中，根据工作流任务的特点，在建立了基于任务本身的时间特性、案例全局时间特性和任务关键性的特征体系基础上，运用模糊层次分析法，实现工作流任务的合理排序，提高了工作流系统的服务能力。最后，给出了一个算例。

To solve the tasks ranking issue with fuzzy characteristics in workflow, a tasks ranking model in workflow was proposed. In this model, taking characteristics of tasks in workflow into consideration, a characteristics system was constructed based on time properties of tasks, the global time properties of cases and the importance of tasks.
