A study of classroom observation and reflection tool for college teachers to promote students' active learning --Take PORTAAL as an example

大学教学的特殊性及复杂性呼唤高校教师采取适当的教学措施让学生积极地参与课堂教学活动,促进学生主动学习。同时结合自评与他评,自觉反思课堂教学行为,以实现高校教师的专业发展。美国华盛顿大学以促进学生主动学习为目标,研发既可作为高校课堂教学评价量表,亦可辅助高校教师进行教学反思的自评量表——PORTAAL。介绍PORTAAL的开发背景、内容及其效能,指出高校教师教学反思应以促进学生主动学习为目标,并探讨其对我国高校教学改革、教师的教学反思、课堂观察研究以及课堂观察量表本土化等方面的启示。
