民间文学是***年来老百姓集体创作、口耳相传的智慧结晶,作为文化资源宝库,是现代动漫产业资本的源头活水。然而国产动漫既失忆又失语,处在内忧外患的尴尬境地,产业发展状况不容乐观。在动漫文化产业扶持政策和非物质文化遗产保护工程等机遇面前,国产动漫应以内容为主,重塑民间文学传统,彰显民族文化特色,打造中国文化品牌,达到文化创意制胜,实现民间文学资源向现代动漫产业资本的创造性转化,从而自立于世界动漫艺术之林。
