准确评估“大学能否改变农村学生的命运”需要对大学毕业生与青年农民工就业进行多方面的比较分析。从就业率与工资水平、工作时间、工作环境和职业发展前景四个方面的对比分析发现：尽管大学毕业生就业率略低于青年农民工，但是工资水平高于青年农民工，并且有机会进入主要劳动力市场和优势行业，职业发展前景更好，而青年农民工的工作时间更长，工作环境相对恶劣。总体上，大学毕业生就业质量仍然显著优于青年农民工，表明高等教育能够在一定程度上促进农村学生向上流动。因此，农村学生应着眼于长远收益，不要轻易放弃高等教育机会；努力提高大学毕业生就业质量和高等教育收益率；加强青年农...
