A simple method for immobilization of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) on multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)-chitosan (MC) composite was proposed and thus a sensitive, fast and stable amperometric, sensor for quantitative determination of organophosphorous insecticide was developed.
