科研实验室是高校开展科学研究及实践创新的重要场所，对培养本科创新人才有着重要的促进作用。华中师范大学夸克与轻子教育部重点实验室在长期探索和实践中，打通教学与科研之间的壁垒，参与了本科创新人才的培养。重点实验室组建了本科教学团队，创新课程建设，在常规化教学过程的各个方面融入创新训练。同时利用重点实验室平台优势拓展本科教学，开展竞赛培训，推动人才培养国际化，开展科普教育和宣传，吸引优质生源，为本科创新人才的培养提供了有力支撑。
