采用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计、逻辑分析等方法,对＂十三五＂规划下日照市社区体育发展的现状进行调查研究,旨在为日照市体育行政部门对社区体育工作更好地开展及宏观调控、合理布局提供依据。研究表明：日照市社区体育活动的参与人群中以老年人为主,参加社区体育锻炼的人群比例女性略高于男性,有固定职业的社区居民比无稳定收入的居民参加体育活动的意识强烈,社区体育的场地器材设施严重不足,无法满足人们的需求,社区体育的经费短缺,经费来源渠道单一,社区体育组织的自发性、随意性显著,缺乏专业社区体育指导员。

By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics and logic analysis,the present situation of community sports development in Rizhao city under the 13 th Five-Year Plan is investigated and studied.
