农村移风易俗是加强乡风文明建设的必然要求，是实施乡村振兴战略的重要内容，是一项系统工程。这既需要各级党委和政府的积极介入，也需要社会力量和民众的参与。基于宁夏中卫市B村的调查发现，新时代文明实践站的运行模式是在乡村治理失效的情况下，基层社会发挥基层创造自主性的一种体现，也是国家权力嵌入乡村社会促进村民自治的体现。新时代文明实践站需要以柔性嵌入机制、权责共生机制、治理互融机制助力推进移风易俗。
