The evaluation of cultivated land protection policies (CLPP) is the main basis for reducing the deviation of policy implementation and ensuring the sustainable and efficient operation of cultivated land protection. This paper used the PMC-Index model to establish an evaluation system for CLPP, and then quantitatively evaluated 8 CLPP in China since 2004 based on the PMC-Index and PMC-Surface.
