The niche-fitness and limited factors of rice, wheat, cotton and rape in Houhu Farm area of Jianghan Plain are analyzed by weighted average model and limited factor model. The niche-fitness theory and GIS are applied to the research on multi-suitability evaluation. The high values of the niche-fitness (the maximum is 0.958) indicate that the environmental conditions basically meet the requirements of crops in the area.
