同步课堂已在多个实验区被应用于解决农村教学点开课不齐、师资不足、教学资源匮乏等突出问题。目前,咸安实验区已基本实现"开齐课"的目标,如何实现"开好课"的目标则成为重难点。文章在分析咸安目前同步课堂教学模式的基础上,通过实地问卷调查、访谈等形式发现该模式在应用过程中存在异地师生、生生互动较少等问题,根据当地实际情况,提出通过划分单位课时和利用微课进行辅助的方法,来增加课堂互动,以期改善现有模式的弊端,为同步课堂后续开展提供切实有效的帮助,促使"开好课"的目标早日实现。

Synchronous classroom has been applied in several experimental areas to solve the problems existing in rural small-school that lacking of unified course, inadequate teaching staff, and teaching resource.
