文章采集了参与"国培计划 X 省信息技术应用能力提升骨干教师网络研修项目"的 2868 名中小学教师的网络学习过程性数据,分析了网络学习行为和网络学习效果,并探讨了网络学习行为对学习效果的影响.结果表明:研修教师的课堂参与情况较好,但学习投入不够、交流讨论行为表现较差;研修教师的网络学习效果良好;网络学习中的学习投入、课堂参与和交流讨论等行为均对研修教师的学习效果有一定影响.最后,文章提出了相关建议,以期为提升中小学教师的网络学习效果、提高基础教育教学的质量提供参考.
