辛亥革命前,孙中山从不同角度对国民素质问题进行了深入的思考.他认为,国民素质低下是中国积贫积弱的原因之一;清政府的反动政治统治及其施行的***策,造成广大民众精神状态猥琐,文化素质低下;资产阶级民主革命要想取得成功,就必须唤醒广大民众的政治意识.他还设计了革命成功后培养民众参政议政能力的具体途径,探讨了如何全面提高国民素质.辛亥革命前孙中山关于国民素质问题的思考,突出了人的现代化在整个现代化进程中的重要地位.

Before the 1911 revolution,Sun thought deeply about the national citizens' quality from many different view-points.Sun thought that the national citizens'poor quality was one of the important factors of Chinese weakness and poverty.Qing Dynasty carried out reactionary political rule and fooling-people policy.In his opinion,bourgeois democratic revolution would depend on the political quality of the most people.Sun designed some specific ways which would be used to cultivate people's ability to participate in political activities,probed into methods to improve national citizens'quality.He empha...
