Based on principle of classification, graduation and evaluation on cultivated land and technology of composite geography information system (ComGIS) and Unified Modeling Language(UML), this paper designs and implements classification, graduation and evaluation on agricultural land information system (ALEIS). After designing system unitary structure, the process of setting up use-case models by using multi-layer use-case modeling is introduced.
