This study investigates the self-perceived leadership skills in Chinese adolescent students. Effective responses to Leadership Skills Inventory (LSI) were received from 1212 middle school and high school students. Confirmative factor analysis was conducted to examine LSI validity and Cronbach's coefficient was calculated to examine LSI reliability.
