多样化的地理环境特征促成了区域体育文化的“百花争艳”。在多元文化背景下,区域体育规划应超越行政区划,把多个行政单元、多个利益主体协调在一起,发挥地区资源与历史比较优势,积极培育区域体育特色,因地制宜发展体育事业。研究指出,区域体育规划应充分考虑区域的自然地理条件、区域体育文化的特征以及***区域系统条件三大要素。当前,我国区域体育规划的具体策略包括建立相邻省市联合发展的区域体育圈、分区域制定体育圈发展策略、积极培育落后地区自发性体育推动力等。

For the variety of geographical conditions, regional sports should also be different. In the background of multi-culture, the planning of regional sport should not be limited by administrative divisions. Instead, different administrative units and interest units should cooperate with each other, make full use of regional resources and historical comparative advantages, foster special features of regional sport and develop sport in the light of local conditions.
