建设服务型政府必然要以人民群众的满意度为出发点和落脚点,青少年是否满意是衡量政府提供的公共体育服务绩效的基础指标。鉴于此,在已有研究和实证分析的基础上,建构并实证了青少年公共体育服务满意度测评模型。研究发现:（1）青少年公共体育服务满意度测评指标体系由5个维度和27个指标组成,该指标体系具有结构合理、层次清晰、稳定性好、可靠性高、操作性强的特点,是测量我国青少年公共体育服务满意度的有效工具。（2）我国青少年对公共体育服务满意度的评价总体处于中等偏上,但在不同性别、城乡和校际之间存在较大差异。因此,政府在建设青少年公共体育服务体系过程中,要注重服务供给与需求的...
