从物质利益和精神利益的视角入手，分析了信息内容服务产业链内各类利益主体的利益诉求，探讨了链内同类利益主体间的利益冲突和异类利益主体间的利益冲突，提出了相应的措施，以解决信息内容服务产业链内利益主体的利益冲突，从而实现各主体的利益平衡。
