[研究目的]巴基斯坦三军情报局作为全球资深的情报机构，从冷战开始至今为巴基斯坦外交决策制定和周边安全形势的稳固提供了有效的情报支持。通过分析掌握三军情报局的组织结构和行为模式，可对中国情报事业建设提供经验借鉴。[研究方法]从三军情报局的历史沿革视角切入，研究其内部结构与功能特征，分析情报工作和机构改革困境，探索情报实践过程并总结作用经验。[研究结论]三军情报局经过长期的情报实践与经验积累，对地区安全治理及国家领土主权的维护起到了有效的情报支撑作用，为中巴合作以及中国情报安全建设提供了有益镜鉴。
