In this experiment, the oxidative damage of nano-CdSeS in mice brains was performed. 20 male Kunming mice were divided into 4 groups and 3 experimental groups were exposed to different doses of nano-CdSeS (0.1 mg/mL, 0.2 mg/mL and 0.4 mg/mL) by intravenous administration while the control used saline solution instead. Three days later, the enzymatic activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the damage degree of DNA were determined to assess the oxidative damage in brain tissues.
