作为社会主义新农村建设的基点和平台,农村社区建设成为实现城乡一体化,特别是推进城乡公共服务均等化的新途径和新载体。农村社区建设并非是要消灭农村,而是更好地发展农村,夯实乡村在城乡一体化格局的基础地位。开展农村社区建设必须坚持乡村本位的核心价值,遵循乡村自身发展规律,充分体现农村特点,注意乡土味道,保留乡村风貌。而核心价值取向的偏离会导致居民主体地位缺失、社区服务供给错位、农村社区缺乏乡土特色及社区文化认同不强等困境。坚持乡村本位的价值核心,需要树立乡村本位的核心理念,科学规划农村社区的公共空间,提升农村居民的社区认同感,营造乡土文化和现代文明融合发展的社区...
