Study on the Population Urbanization Time and Migration Path under Formal Employment: Taking Wuhan as an Example

现有文献对正规就业引发的人口城镇化现象关注有限。中小学教师岗作为正规就业的典型代表,以其为考察对象,基于武汉国家级新区中小学教师招聘数据,采用logistic回归与空间分析等方法,探讨正规就业下的人口城镇化时间成本与迁徙路径问题。研究表明:从法定成年算起,个体城镇化平均时间为9.6年,极少样本能在本科应届毕业时完成该过程;在可能影响城镇化时间的7个变量中,“性别”、“学历”、“工作经验”、“是否来自师范院校”4个变量影响显著,除“是否来自师范院校”呈负相关外,其余皆呈正相关;以武汉市作为城镇化目的地的区域空间上呈集聚态势,中部省份为主,南北向人口迁徙意愿强于东西向;该格局...

The existing literature has limited attention to population urbanization caused by formal employment. The primary and middle school teacher post is regarded as a typical formal employment. Taking it as the investigation object,this article explores the time cost and migration path of urbanization under formal employment by using logistic regression and spatial analysis methods based on the data of teachers employed by primary and middle schools in the state-level new zone in Wuhan.
