结合天然产物全合成的理论知识，设计了从简单易得的底物出发实现吴茱萸碱一锅法合成的综合化学实验。实验过程包括背景文献调研与分析总结、吴茱萸碱一锅法合成、化合物波谱性质表征以及反应机理研究。该综合实验不仅可以培养学生的文献检索、合成操作以及谱图分析等方面的综合能力，而且可以提高学生对有机合成方法学及反应机理研究的理解，提升学生对科学研究逻辑的认知，为将来从事相关科研或实践工作打下基础。
