结合网络教学实践,本文探讨了网络教学过程中出现的问题,认为导致这些问题的原因在于没有把握住网络教学的根本特点;并在此基础上,探讨了教师在网络教学中的角色.本文认为,网络教师应重视网络教学过程的每个环节,并分别担当起引导者、探索者、讲授者、监督者、操练者、检测者和资源建设者的角色.

The thesis, with the experiences of English online education, discusses the problems happened during the teaching and points out the reasons which are the unknown of the characteristics of it.
