本文阐明了激光与组织的相互作用机理。在此基础上,研究了利用激光的热效应和光动力学效应治疗癌症的原理和方法,并根据临床中几种常用激光的物理特性,进一步讨论了各种激光在肿瘤治疗中的应用。最后,对激光治癌中存在的问题作了简要说明。
