STUDY ON THE COMBINING ABILITY OF THE SEVEN DIFFERENT NATIONAL STRAINS OF BRASSICA NAPUS

华黄芪（ＡｓｔｒａｇａｌｕｓｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓＬ．）幼苗茎段培养在附加１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ６－ＢＡ的ＭＳ培养基中可形成大量愈伤组织，继而形成大量不定芽．在愈伤组织形成过程中，可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）、酯酶（ＮＥＳ）的活性变化均呈上升趋势；同时，电泳扫描图谱表明，酸性蛋白质、过氧化物酶同工酶出现了新的扫描峰，而超氧化物歧化酶、酯酶同工酶扫描峰减少．在不定芽形成过程中，可溶性蛋白质含量和几种酶的活性均上升；电泳扫描图谱表明，除过氧化氢酶外，酸性蛋白质及各种同工酶都出现了新的扫描峰

In order to screen appropriate germplasm of brassica napus suitable for population improvement,seven different national strains of brassica napus were divided into a diallel crossing of 7×7 by Griffing method Ⅱ to evaluate their heteroglous predominance and combining ability. The tesults demonstrated that:(1)Nine characteristics of heteroglous predominance,except population height and efficient, are available.(2)The general combining ability and specific combining ability of nine characteristics are high significant ( p
