报道了在有机碱的存在下，α－羟基烃基膦酸酯与氯乙酰氯的反应以及影响这一反应的主要因素，并通过这一反应合成了α－（氯代乙酰氧基）烃基膦酸酯系列化合物Ｉａ～Ｉｈ，这类化合物为合成α－（芳杂环氧基）乙酰氧基烃基膦酸衍生物的重要中间体．
