The effect of blend process and thermal oxidation on the electrical resistivity of carbon black filled Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR) composites is investigated.The results show that in the condition of fixing gauge and roll speed, and keeping relatively low temperature (40 ̄45 ℃),the resistivity of composites is mainly affected by the milling time.In case of NBR/N550 and NBR/N234, when the resistivity of composites reaches minimum the milling time is about 3 ̄4 min and 4 ̄5 min respectively.However,the milling time corresponding to the maximal...
