实施城市化战略是我国“十五”期间的重要战略之一，而旅游产业是具有比较优势的综合性、劳动密集型的服务性产业.发展旅游业对扩大就业，改变人口城乡结构，调整、优化产业结构，建设城市，美化环境具有现实意义；对提高城市社会意识，转变、扩散城市思维方式、社会观念、生活方式，提高国民素质，全面推进城市化具有其它产业不可替代的作用.

It is one of the most important strategies to carry out the urbanization during the tenth five year plan in our country. However, tourism is the kind of service industries which has integrative and comparative predominance and needs a large number of labour. Developing tourism has practical significance, for examples:enlarging the chance of empoyment; changing the population's configuration both in urban and rural; adjusting and optimizing the configuration of industries; building city and beautifying our cities’environment and etc. Meanwhile,...
