本文通过对资产阶级革命派在辛亥革命时期进行的近代法制宣传、教育和训练以及革命胜利后的立法与司法实践的论述,说明与清末司法改革相比 ,辛亥革命时期资产阶级革命派在贯彻近代法制精神,促进近代法制的社会参与和实践方面成效卓著,严格意义上的近代法律实践是从辛亥革命时期开始的.

This thesis expounds the bourgeois revolutionists' propaganda?education and training on modern legality during the period of XinHai Revolution and the legislation and judicature practice after the success of the revolution.
