我国于2003年启动民族民间传统文化抢救与保护工程,2004年中国政府签字加入联合国教科文组织"保护非物质文化遗产公约",近年正以强劲势头实施这一宏伟文化工程.本文就这一工程中的文化生态建设,按照我国非物质文化遗产不同项目的生存状况,分别阐述了相关文化生态的保护、修复和重建问题,提示人们应将文化生态建设置于保护工程的重要位置,着力实现"活水养活鱼"的科学目标.
