当前，我国农村教育非均衡发展状况十分严重，而发展和改革农村教育的关键，在于建设一支数量足够、结构合理、素质优良、扎根农村的教师队伍，特别是在农村贫困地区，加强教师队伍建设尤为紧迫和重要。本文以湖北省长阳县教师队伍为调研样本，考察了其教师队伍现状，分析了问题成因，并提出了针对性的对策建议。

Today, the non-balanced development situation of our country＇s rural education is very serious, and the key to develop and reform rural education is to construct a teaching staff of big quantity, reasonable structure, good quality and rooted in rural areas, especially in the poor rural areas, strengthening the construction of teaching staff is specially urgent and significant.
