土地利用总体规划实施评价对于落实动态规划、强化实施具有重要意义.采用效用函数综合评价法对土地利用总体规划的实施情况进行评价,并以京山县为实例进行研究;分析了效用函数综合评价法的原理,描述了基于该方法的规划实施评价的应用过程.研究表明,基于效用函数综合评价法的规划实施评价行之有效,操作简单.

Evaluation on the implementation of general land-use planning is of importance in applying dynamic planning and highlighting the implementation.
