在对武汉市新洲区3个乡镇11个村326户问卷调查的基础上,采用二元Logistic模型研究了快速城市化背景下的农户居住空间选择偏好.模型结果表明,文化程度和年龄等个人属性特征显著影响农户居住空间选择偏好;家庭收入、宅基地面积和房屋建筑类型是促使农户居住空间选择的重要因素;乡村人居环境满意度和城市向心力显著影响农户居住区位选择.因此,应合理的引导农户居住空间行为.

The article gives analysis of the choice preference of households＇ residential space by dualistic logit model in the process of urbanization, which is based on the questionnaire survey of 326 families from 11 villages, 3 different towns in Xinzhou district.
