Studies on the spore sterile culture of Ceratopteris pteridoides

观察了在MS培养基中粗梗水蕨（Ceratopteris pteridoides）孢子萌发和配子体发育的过程，探究了不同无机盐浓度对粗梗水蕨发育过程的影响．结果表明：粗梗水蕨孢子在MS全培养基中萌发率最高，呵达60．5％；3／4MS培养基中配子体成苗率最高，可达74．5％；试管苗移栽成活率达到80％以上,由此提供了孢子无菌繁殖粗梗水蕨的方法。

The effect of different MS medium radios treatments on the formation of gametophyte and sporophyte in Ceratopteris pteridoides was investigated in present study. The result showed that the maximum germination rate was obtained in MS medium, which reached 60.5 % ; the highest rate of gametophyte to sporophyte was achieved in 3/4 MS medium, which reached 67.7% the transplant survival rate of sporophyte reached above 80%.
