沿海产业向内地的大规模集中式迁移和"十二五"规划期相关宏观调控政策的支持,使中部六省迎来了前所未有的、实现跨越式发展的重大战略机遇期和发展黄金期。文章在区际产业转移背景下,从发展硬、软环境两个角度出发,构造了由10个子环境组成、包含90个分项指标的综合评价体系,利用熵值法对中部六省的发展环境做了系统的比较分析。结论是中部六省发展子环境各具优势,总体上与东部存在差距但某些关键性具体指标上存在的优势是吸引产业迁入的动因。认为正确处理中部区内竞合关系事关未来中部整体发展大局,建议以理清政府和市场关系为核心,打破地方保护、尽快建立省际战略合作框架机制,依据各自发展环...
