The influence of 4 types of running coupling prescriptions on the evolution of dipole amplitude was studied in the framework of color glass condensate. The photon-proton scattering data at HERA were fitted by using the numerical amplitude resulting from collinearly-improved Balitsky-Kovchegov equation. The fitting results showed that the Balitsky prescription gives a relatively good description of the data than others with χ2/d.o.f=1.171 and C2=0.326, which indicated that the Balitsky prescription would be a priority prescription among them.
