Spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and driving mechanism of enterprise headquarters in Wuhan City

总部经济作为三新经济的重要组成部分，是城市产业经济集聚下的重要经济形态，为城市发展提供了强劲动力.企业总部作为总部经济发展的载体，其分布、类型及演变特征直接关系着总部经济的空间格局和发展方向.该研究以武汉市为例，基于ArcGIS空间分析技术，以2010年、2015年、2020年为时间节点分析武汉市企业总部的时空演化特征及总部经济业态变化，并探讨其驱动机制.研究发现：1)武汉市企业总部热点区呈现出由中心城区向近郊区蔓延、单核主导向多核带动的空间演变规律.2)武汉市企业总部热点区规模与业态密度显著提升，业态类型有所丰富但仍以生产性服务业为主.3)武汉市企业总部热点区形成与演变是...
