继续教育是美国规模较大、发展较快的教育.本文从培养理念、培养对象、培养形式和培养方案四个方面分析了美国继续教育培养模式的特点.美国继续教育培养模式值得我们借鉴,对我国完善继续教育培养模式具有启发性.
