远程学历教育与非学历教育虽是两种不同的教育形式,但是,在终身教育体系下继续教育的内涵也在不断发生变化.随着建设学习型社会的不断深入,这两种不同类型的教育形式需要互相沟通和衔接.在发展远程学历教育的同时,办好非学历教育的各类培训项目,逐步扩大并实现远程学历教育和非学历教育的资源共享和学分互认.

Although distance education for degree and non-degree programs are different educa- tional patterns, their connotations keep changing in the lifelong education system. With the deepe- ning construction of the learning society, these two patterns need to be connected and linked up.
