教师教育一体化是在终身教育理念的指导下，为适应学习化社会需要，对教师教育职前和职后教育进行全程规划设计，将教师教育各个阶段相互衔接的教师教育体系。在教师教育发展一体化的背景下，华中师范大学加强顶层设计，完善免费师范生职前与职后一体化培养体系，并以教育信息化为手段，助推教师教育变革，力求师范大学与基础教育互促互进，走具有华中师范大学特色的内涵式教师教育发展道路。

With the idea of lifelong education as guideline ,integration of teacher education is a system designated to meet the needs of the ?learning society" .It makes through plans for pre-service and in-service training of teacher education , which links all stages of teacher education together .
